BioThis journal is for a free exploration, in the company of friends, of Reality. It's mostly about magical spirituality and the fires of inward transformation. A lot of what I consider most interesting is "friends only," so add me and tell me about yourself if you'd like to read more. I'm an independent mystic, fiercely working out my love of God/dess in all its particulars. I'm a monist personalist & radical theurgist. The Gods and Spirits of our Ancestors--and many others besides--exist. Renewing our partnership with them is vital for the sustenance of the World. We are made of Absolute Truth, and it is knowable as experiential unity-in-diversity. Religion (religare) means to relink or reunite, to tie back, to restore ligatures. A yogi or pontifex yokes or builds bridges. True religion and True spirituality are complementary. Religion is spirituality collectively expressed; True religion is spiritual culture arrived at authentically.
Though independent, I am active in Reclaiming and the Fellowship of Isis because their structures allow for deep personal exploration with minimal imposition. I believe that the Truth must be won anew
If you are doing magic, "they" already think you're crazy. Stop worrying about credibility Social respectability is the death of true religion and is incompatible with mysticism. Unless our ecological crises change reality, Paganism has about 20 years of vitality left before it's entirely co-opted by magical yuppies and turned into a World Religion. [OK maybe 200 if we're really lucky or really mindfully free]. By the time it's a mass movement, it will represent nothing more than a change of clothes and idiom. Get it while it's hot!

All desire exposes True Will, but True Desire never slays. Greed magic keeps Paganism superficial and hypocritical and hobbles its power to actually change the world. Greed messages prey on a gullible market and cheapen the power of magic to accomplish the truly needful.
